Welcome to Fayvora. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of fayvora.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Fayvora (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

By using this Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including materials, dimensions, and colours. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Minor variations in handcrafted or stone-set pieces are natural characteristics, not defects. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. An order is accepted only when we send you a shipping confirmation. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include the product cost only, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country, are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide to over 180 countries. Estimated delivery times (from order confirmation, including processing and packaging):

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or events beyond our control do not entitle the customer to a refund. Tracking information is provided for every order; tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.

We are currently unable to ship to India and Turkey.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refund or replacement.

7. Risk & Title

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the address you provided. Title passes upon our receipt of full payment.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: we accept claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery; we do not accept returns for change of mind.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Fayvora or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
